In order to change the fate of its owner, Liancheng—a maid of the Royal Kitchen—and Little Lihua—a white cat who had been granted wisdom but had no demonic power—travelled through time with Liancheng’s body under the help of the demon king to change Liancheng’s fate of inevitable death.
