On an island, a special zone for artistic experiments, is located in the Seto Inland Sea. It is on this island that the Hyakugei University Academy, an integrated high school and junior high school that encourages future artists, is located. Moriya Lapura transfers to this school in her first year of high school. She starts a new club, the Goods Research Club, and makes "something" happen on Art Island.
