Slow Start but the build up is there
This story has some great action, internal conflicts and mysteries surrounding the MC as well as a very dynamic personality. You see how the MC affects both people and monsters surrounding him throughout the story; all at the cost of pacing for the first 25ish chapters. The story feels like the author knew where he wanted the MC to end up before writing his beginning, so all the set up is jammed at the start. Overall a 7/10 so far with the later half really picking it up. Def recommend giving it a shot
