Kanzan '03: Foundations

11 years prior to the Redline Directives uprising, a short tempered Kael picks a fight with a young Mr Dakari who, sets Kael, against his will, on a path of redemption as a student in Kanzan's first ever Elite Grade class. Having a messy past and no drive other than hate for criminals escaping justice, he is the perfect candidate to balance out the group and is a wild card who wouldn't pull his punches in order to do the right thing.
