From kindergarten through elementary school and beyond, the protagonist Rikujou Ayumu has always been chased around by someone—always running away, always being bullied.

At the national athletics competition, Igari Toraga from Okawa Academy overwhelmingly dominates the 100-meter sprint and claims victory with crushing superiority.
