One day, after losing consciousness in a traffic accident, he awakens in a disturbing, slaughterhouse-like place. There, a man wearing a pig mask informs him that he has been forced into a death game.

The participants—gathered from who-knows-where—are consumed by fear and quickly descend into chaos, turning on each other in a desperate struggle to survive.
