Kagara Sosuke, the heir to a distinguished family, was born with everything people envy, but he had an arrogant and twisted personality. One snowy day, while on a boring outing as instructed by his parents, Sosuke came across a dying girl lying on the side of the road. On a whim, Sosuke saved the girl from being kidnapped by a homeless man, but the girl he saved showed no gratitude or fear; she simply remained expressionless.
