Luke is obsessed with Raiden Shogun from the videogame he plays called Genshin Impact and he refuses to date anyone, but her. One day his best friend Gina tells Luke a rumor about a mysterious old lady that appears at a park and will grant any wish in exchange for a random favor no matter how impossible it may sound.
