Iris, the daughter of the Count of Shamrock, has traveled to the royal capital in her father's stead to participate in the "Rite of Offering," a crucial ceremony dedicated to the Spirit God and the Saint.
However, during the rite, a mysterious black mist suddenly appears and begins to run wild throughout the church! Amidst the ensuing chaos, Iris prays desperately... and a sacred orb falls into her hands from out of nowhere. It emits a brilliant light, instantly dispelling the mist. But the orb is supposed to be touchable only by the summoned Saint, so how...? As Iris stands there in bewilderment, the Second Prince, Eldred, speaks to her.
