Tatsumaki-kun

Tatsuno Makiji, a middle school boy known as Tatsumaki, has named the judo technique he invented "electric throw." However, his dojo teacher tells him that judo is about training the body, honing the mind, and protecting oneself. He is told that electric throws, which are simply used to knock people down, should never be used again... Then, Tatsumaki hears that he can study at a middle school in Tokyo. What awaits Tatsumaki in Tokyo?
