Part 1:
Despite the title, there are no water sports in this story. Just one girl has her toilet malfunction and doesn’t manage to reach her neighbor's in time. That neighbor (the protagonist), then invites her to get in and have a shower. Turns out, he got more than he bargained for, as heroine is a horny virgin who loses control once she’s left alone in a boy’s bathroom...

Part 2:
Our protagonist gets caught in flagrante with his neighbor by his childhood friend Rin. This finally forces her to shed her tsundere skin and come forward: she’s been saving her virginity for him and she won’t let some random neighbourhood lady get a head start on her! So she (rather forcefully) joins in on the party...

Part 3:
The apartment complex our protagonist lives in has had a plumbing accident and his toilet is the only one with the running water. Because of that, both Rin, his childhood friend, and Saeki, his neighbor, get a spare key to his apartments. This eventually escalates to both girls having a competition about who can please him more. Later that day, he meets his landlady drunk on the street and helps her back to her apartment. Turns out she’s less of a frail girl and more of a predator herself...
