Having lost their Toys, the four members of Milky Holmes have become completely accustomed to their unfortunate circumstances, and are even more hopeless than before. Meanwhile, the members of their rival police force, G4, are just as hopeless. These unique girls, undeterred by their tragic circumstances, cheerfully and foolishly get up to action.

Having lost their Toys, the four members of Milky Holmes are so hopeless that they even have to be self-sufficient in their food. They get scolded by student council president Henrietta every day, but they don't let it get them down and continue their cheerful and silly adventures.

After the death of his parents in an accident, Yutaka was taken in and has been living peacefully at the Mita Shrine. One day, a pair of really hot miko appear, causing many nosebleeds for Yutaka. When he is drawn into their fight with a dangerous evil spirit, he uncovers the fact that he also has some kind of mysterious power inside himself as well.
