五ノ二六 (Gonoroku)

"Pledge: I will work for at least three months." To escape past trauma, Imada, a young man, leaves his hometown and takes a job as a building manager in a place where he has no connections. The building isn't new, but it's clean, the common areas are well-maintained, and it's just an ordinary apartment building like any other. The pay is decent, and he lives on-site, but for some reason, the managers don't stay long, so those who become managers are required to sign a pledge to "work for three months." And then comes the first day... A wealthy lady barges into the manager's office and drinks tap water directly, a middle-aged man is frightened by something strange happening in the next room, and a mysterious beauty wants to throw a welcome party for the "manager"... It seems that the residents of this apartment building are somehow not "ordinary." Imada regrets it a little now, but he has to endure it because of the pledge. One night, he returns from a welcome party he couldn't refuse, only to find the brutally murdered body of his neighbor lying in his room... The carcasses of small animals are thrown into the building, a mysterious cult is rampant within the apartment complex, and then the next victim appears...
