Purify the world of fairy tales corrupted by madness── Mahiru Misora, a boy whose sister suffers from an incurable disease, finds a bright red book in the library of his juvenile detention center. Opening it out of curiosity, he discovers a tragic story completely different from the familiar Little Red Riding Hood. Stunned, Mahiru finds himself standing before a mysterious girl in a pure white space. "Now, let's begin──this is truly your story." And so begins a deranged cycle.
