Keita Todo, a company employee in his twenties, has become unemployed after quitting his job because he can no longer stand the absurdity of being a company employee. While leading a lazy life, he happened to meet a little demon and a fluffy dog, on his way to the store. In order to return to the world they came from, the two decide to conquer a "dungeon" inhabited by various resources and demons together.

A territory reform fantasy brought about by a brainy 0-year-old! Rudolf is a baby who awakened to an adult-like consciousness due to the "memories" of another world. While gathering information about his surroundings and cross-referencing it with his memories, he discovers that he is the second son of a baron, and their territory is facing a mountain of problems, including food shortages and heavy debt. Learning that the situation is so severe that the people might not survive the winter, Rudolf, along with his older brother Wolf who knows his true identity, sets out to reform their desperate territory!
