Aspiring police officer Makoto is currentingly paying his dues at the Kabukicho police substation. Bustling Kabukicho is no walk in the park, especially with customer-luring Ren. Makoto struggles to stay professional in the face of this hooligan. After a drunken night, he awakens to a pleasant, but confusing, surprise from Ren.
