After seven long years, everyone is finally revived thanks to Suika's tireless efforts. With a terrifying new ability of the Dr. Stone uncovered and no other roadblocks remaining, it is finally time to pay Whyman a visit.

Now the last living human on Earth, Suika draws on every skill she has learned to survive and painstakingly collect the statues of her friends, hoping to discover any remaining revival fluid.

François and Suika set out to escape the Medusa's petrification zone but run into an unexpected encounter along the way. In response, Kohaku, Tsukasa, and Hyoga make one last stand against Stanley's team to stall for time.

Both Senku and Stanley head to the Stone Sanctuary in Araxá, where the final battle will take place. Chrome devises a plan to stop Stanley once and for all with the Medusa, but Joel and Kaseki must first perfect the diamond battery.

The Kingdom of Science finds a use for the mountain of Medusas to improve their stealth ship and evade their pursuers. Meanwhile, the group back in America is tasked with creating a perfect diamond to power the depleted Medusa once more.

Senku's team builds a ropeway to cross the mountains and finally reach the Amazon rainforest, where they face a new set of challenges before ultimately arriving at the origin of the petrification.

To carefully disassemble and study the Medusa that Homura retrieved, Senku's team uses a fax to help Yuzuriha and the others track down and revive the watchmaker, Joel.

After falling for a decoy, Stanley's team finally catches up to the crew, who must now outwit them while racing through the desert.

Senku and team come across Dr. Chelsea, a genius geographer who helps them chart a route through the South American wilderness. To accomplish this, they need to collect rubber in order to build motorbikes-all while avoiding being caught.

While being pursued by Stanley, Senku and Dr. Xeno combine their intellect to determine the exact location of the petrification device. Among the captured members, Matsukaze goes off to find the missing Ginro.
