Twelve years later, a criminal organization called Bonten, even larger and more vicious than the former Tokyo Manji Gang, was operating in the shadows. Takemichi is stunned to learn that Mikey is leading Bonten. Naoto, who has accepted the happiness of his current life with his sister Hina still alive, has lost his power as a time leap trigger, and he wants to change the past again. In this hopeless situation, Takemichi faces the day he promised to open the time capsule with his friends twelve years ago.

Following the Tokyo Manji Gang's disbandment announcement, Takemichi returns to his own world. The only thing he had forgotten was how to reciprocate Hina's Valentine's Day gift, which unexpectedly turned into a marriage proposal 12 years in advance. After burying a time capsule with his Tokyo Manji Gang comrades and promising to meet again in 12 years, Takemichi, fully prepared, carries out his time leap and eventually arrives in a world where his comrades, with whom he fought together, are living happily. However, Mikey is nowhere to be seen.

The conflict with Tenjiku came to an end when Izana was killed by Kisaki's bullet, and Kisaki himself was hit by a truck and killed. Takemichi once again explained to Mikey that he was a time traveler and recounted each of the events he had experienced. Mikey took Takemichi's words to heart and declared the dissolution of the Tokyo Manji Gang. Thus, the legendary organization that had reached the top of Japan came to an end.
