Good, but has plot holes
It's a relatively unique concept (I've only seen one or two similar manhwa), and the story feels quite fresh. There are, however, some minor things that aren't well explained that create plot holes in the story. For example, somehow modern surgical scrubs and scalpels exist while other things, like antibiotics, don't exist, which spoils the immersion for me. Like, I understand that there needs to be something to prevent cross contamination, but there could've been a better way than just "Bam! Surgical scrubs exist...
