His last try actually works, and his cancer starts stagnating, he continues doing it, until one day, when he gets transported to another world. There he has to start learning how to survive.

One of the most definitely underrated hidden gems you’ll find, the story is really fun to follow, the mc is smart and the series is just a great read with good art.
