"I-I like you, professor."
"I think it's better for you not to do that."
"Ah, you're leaving tomorrow anyway. I know, I know it! That's why I wanted to tell it to you."

Yoo Daon, a second-year resident of Korea University's Thoracic Surgery Department.

That night, when she made her last confession gathering the utmost courage that she ever had in her lifetime, saying she won't let her slave life end so pathetically, a wave of sorrow suddenly hits her.

"Youngest! Professor Kang didn't leave! He said that he's going to stay at the hospital!"

And that's how the second act of slavery in her life has begun. In order to solve the tragedy of an irreversible confession, she was appointed to become the assistant of the genius professor who holds the title as the youngest, shortest, best in all possible records.

"I think that confessing to the professor was a huge turning point in my life. I gained strength and courage. It's like b-bungee jumping, you know...?"
"So you used me as a bungee jumper?"
"Excuse me?"
"From what you said, a medical doctor who has only completed two years of residency is now jumping into her professor like it's beyond god's will."

By the way, was the professor always been someone who could smile like this? This is the survival love story of the youngest thoracic surgeon who cannot be caught in love.
