Remarried empress but much better

This is very similar to Remarried Empress but it’s also definitely wayyyy better. The fl has a better personality than Navier did because she actually cares about the suffering people unlike empress navier who wouldn’t lift a finger to stop slavery. First of all, the art is AMAZING. it’s so detailed and everyone is beautiful. however, there is the problem of the fl having the same expression for like half the manhwa but it makes sense considering her upbringing and what she had to do to maintain power after her ma...
