The definition of insanity is...
... doing the same joke over and over again and expecting more laughs every time. The story has a decent premise that starts getting stale a 100 chapters in. Basically, the MC is a certified lunatic and strong enough to drag others into following what he does. The one joke that gets reused throughout the story goes like this.
