Lloyd is water.

The story was immaculate. The character building was fantastic and the chemistry of the main cast was hilarious. To not classify The Greatest Estate Devloper as first and foremost a Comedy would be a tragedy. Multiple, Multiple times I was laughing out loud at the ridiculous shit Javier and Lloyd do together. Capitalism, Contracts, and Peak Comedy

The concept of an engineering student waking up as a noble named Lloyd with a huge debt is actually one of the funniest setups I have read. He uses a system that rewards him with points to unlock new building skills, and his extreme greed for money drives the whole story. I could not stop laughing at his famous, ugly facial expressions whenever he is planning a new scam. I cried for the first time in a manhwa...

It's beautiful, every part of it, at the start I thought it was just the usual mc where he's damned and all, but in the before ending part, it broke me. This is a masterpiece in every way possible, it was constant and I just couldn't get enough of it...
