The sure do smoke in here... a lot. The main duo relationship is developing slow and steady, and we are here in the front row to witness it and possibly get lung disease from all that smoke.

This slice of life romance is a slow burn, because they do be taking their time developing the plot. If you are a person not from Japan, you really do get to appreciate Japanese people's respect for their jobs, even if it's being a cashier at a grocery store. I would say this comic's strongest quality is it's art style. For the artist, smoking is an aesthetic, and they really get the most out of it as a set piece.
