Diana, the second daughter of a frontier earl, lives a free life surrounded by her muscle-brained brothers in a remote region. One day, she is suddenly forced to marry by royal decree! Her partner is the Duke's son, Lacilus, who is known for his intelligence and good looks. In fact, this marriage was arranged to avoid any unnecessary conflicts after the princess of the country to which Lacilus was meant to marry was forced to marry off in order to secure peace with a neighboring country.

"The Duke's son feels sorry for the beautiful princess being succeeded by the muscle-brained daughter of a frontier earl... Isn't this what he meant when he said, 'I have no intention of loving you!'?" This is the story of the misunderstandings between Diana, the self-proclaimed "wild monkey" new wife who has given up all expectations and reservations, and her husband, Lacilus, whose mask as a good-looking young man is soon to be torn away.
