Between Thrill and Desire

“We’re about to become husband and wife. Can’t you even handle this much?”

Tae-joon dragged Sua into the hotel elevator with a cold expression. Then, very slowly, he closed the distance between them, until their breaths dangerously intertwined. Han Su-a wanted to break off the engagement, but she couldn’t even bring herself to ask. That’s when Tae-joon’s father, Chairman Ji, made her an offer she couldn’t refuse.

“The term is three months. Sua, you will commute to Tae-joon’s office, and Tae-joon will come home every night. Those are my conditions. If after three months you still want to call off the wedding, I’ll allow it. Of course, the investment and the supply contract will remain untouched.”

And so begins a three-month contract cohabitation that started only to end their engagement— But the man who was once as cold and indifferent as ice… slowly begins to change.

“Don’t keep coming closer.” “Don’t say that with those eyes.”

“What kind of eyes are these, then?”

“The kind that make me want to waver.” At the low voice that struck right into her core, Sua’s breath caught in her throat.
