Fristine, a noblewoman whose family has fallen into ruin and who lives in the countryside,
is appointed by the king to care for the exiled princess.
Although the princess is being kept alive as a hostage and used as a political tool,
Fristine takes good care of her and succeeds in saving her from a life-threatening situation.
Later, the king is replaced and the princess is released from exile, where Fristine is invited to the palace
