Hae-soo used to be a reporter for the City Department, who led a proper life and enjoyed helping those in need through his articles. As he felt more and more desperate to come up with a good story, his former colleague hooked him up with the tickets to an after-party, where he met the hottest celebrity, Kang Min-woo.
