I’m confused

If you are confused after the first 5 chapters, let me tell you: it doesn’t change. I know that the story is supposed to be confusing, but nothing really gets explained well. Not only does he not know which world is real, additionally the Mc also has hallucinations in the other world. The world building seems inconsistent and confusing.
