The protagonist, Shin Seonhan, graduated from a provincial medical school that had been shut down and somehow managed to pass as an intern at Yeonguk University Hospital, one of the top hospitals in Korea.
Because he came from a regional university, he was constantly looked down upon.
Then one day, he suddenly begins to see the futures of his patients.
Though he gains the ability to see the future, an unforgiving and perilous intern life begins—one where he cannot let his guard down for even a moment.
