Asagi Rin leads a hectic life as an overworked corporate slave. One day, she discovers by chance that her boyfriend of four years—to whom she had just proposed—has been cheating on her.

In her despair, Rin drinks too much and misses work without notice. To make matters worse, when her boss, company president Kiriya Minato, comes to check on her out of concern, she drunkenly seduces him and they end up sleeping together.
