Seo-il has a boyfriend named Gi-tae, who is the same age and whom he met in college. Gi-tae has a long-time best friend, Mu young, and Mu young has a younger lover named Minho. Although Gi-tae and Mu young each have their own partners, their deep bond formed over years kept them tightly connected, making it hard for Seo-il and Minho to truly become part of their world.
