After fate causes a 5-year-old boy from the rural countryside (Mao Manaka) to meet the undisputed champion of formula racing in Japan (Yoshiki Tsuji), a burning desire to become a professional racer is sparked within him.

Now, years later, Mao has received an invitation from Tsuji to attend F.R.S, a prestigious school for incredibly gifted racers. His journey to becoming a Formula 1 racer and, if all goes to plan, the first Japanese to win the F1 Championship, has begun!
