This first volume focuses on the young boy Kanichi, who lives cheerfully, brightly and strongly in the turbulent and chaotic postwar era. The time of the "burnt-out black market" just after the war is a long time ago, but as expected from Baron, this work also gets you excited with its accurate historical research and brilliant story development. Since the work itself is long, this first volume focuses on the story of the young boy Kanichi, who lives bravely in the "burnt-out black market" era, but the strong and moving feeling after reading it makes you reach for the second volume as well.
