Haruto, son of a minister; Mutsuki, daughter of a Shinto priest; Kazumi, son of a Buddhist monk. Together these three make up the Holy Student Council of S East High! Join them as they help maintain the ghost activities of their school and work hard to better school life for everyone!

Always there to lend a hand (or cause trouble) are the school spirits themselves, from the gorgeous Toliet Hanako and Red Mantle to the adorable TekeTeke and Kagamiko-chan! Not to mention a new friend "Shingo Oomi!" who doesn't appear in the anime!
