Minori Kimura has made a manga adaptation of Kaho Nashiki's masterpiece "How Do I, and We, Live?" (Rironsha, later Iwanami Gendai Bunko)! "I", a 14 year-old, is called "Koperu" after the main character of the novel "How Do You Live?" On the morning of the first day of the long weekend, his uncle Nobo, a dyer and weaver, comes to visit him and he decides to go and see his best friend Eugene, who has stopped going to school...
