The start of this story makes it seem like a genderswapped knockoff of By The Grace Of Gods (Kamitachi ni Hirowareta Otoko) but this story can't stick the landing: a girl lives such a horrifically crappy life, topped off by getting accidentally killed by god's lightning, that the gods reincarnate her as a high-spec cheat character who has access to all written knowledge through her familiar and the ability to use and instantly master all types of magic.
