Short and sweet

Great dark shonen with stakes, great fights, characters, themes, atmosphere, world and most important of all - ending!

Isn't really bad, but it's not good either

If you are planning on reading this manga and have read any other shonen manga before, don't. It isn't worth your time. This manga isn't really bad, but it's not good either. I went into it with high hopes and was hyped to read it, but was wildly disappointed. I kept reading, hoping that it would get better. Other people must be seeing something I'm not with this manga. The only redeeming factor is the art, and even then there is WAY too much fanservice for 0 reasons. Character designs are also pretty cool if I'm b...

One of my favourites

This is really a great manga. The mc has one clear goal and that is to get the Elixir of life so that he can return to his wife. He's loyal asf to his wife. The mc is straightforward and doesn't beat around the bush when facing enemies. He's smart and has a good backstory. I highly recommend this.
