Overall Not Good

I enjoyed some parts but at the end of the day it's just a badly written harem manga. Whatever plot it tries to make is almost interesting, until it's bent to all be about the MC and all the girls who inexplicably love him. Nearly does something fun with the genderswap, but it too is undermined by the harem plot. And worst of all... the love interest is so replaceable it's literally a different girl between the book/manga/anime adaptations.
