This work is a comic adaptation of the novel. Kaoruko Nomiya, who lost her beloved younger brother and is also struggling with infertility, meets her brother's ex-girlfriend, Setsuna Onodera. Kaoruko begins helping out at the housekeeping service company, Kafune, where Setsuna works, and deepens her bond with Setsuna through "food."
