The only problem is that Federation pilots are inexperienced. To help solve this problem, the Federation drafted instructor corps to train pilots. These corps have only the cream of the crop as the members. And here is where the Canadian country ace, Yuji Alkana, takes the stage, as he is enveloped in a conspiracy weaved in the Federation ranks.
