Apparently, Maritan is actually a Princess from the Magical Kingdom of Parris Island, which has signed a treaty of co-operation and friendship with the Great United States of America. God bless America. Maritan usually goes around abusing training raw meat recruit Army-tan, under the supervision of Lieutanent Commander Navy-tan. There’s a GA-tan somewhere near the end too, a meganekko attached from the Self Defence Forces, it seems.
