Short and Sweet

A pretty basic and cute genderswap best friend romance. It has a few fun unique points though. - The main duo are both complete weirdos, as evidenced by their nicknames (Goblin and Tank). - They're both fans of genderswap media themselves, the best-friend especially. - The genderswapped protagonist has dreams with her feminine and masculine selves as she processes her feelings. - It's not just a genderswap but an entire timeline jump to girl reality. - Nobody but the two of them remember the pre-genderswap timeline...
