Arietti once dreamed of reaching the highest honor a songstress could attain—the title of "Miko-Hime," the Sacred Diva. But when her name is not called, her dream quietly shatters. Soon after, she's offered a prestigious marriage arrangement with the powerful Marquess of Carving, Joshua... only for it to be abruptly called off before it even begins. Humiliated and disheartened, Arietti thinks things couldn't get worse—until she's ordered to serve as a priestess envoy to none other than Carving itself.

Now, sent to a remote land tied to her public disgrace, Arietti must carry herself with dignity, confront her past, and discover a new strength beyond the stage.
