Omorai-Kun is a beggar boy. He goes to elementary school in spite of being a beggar. His outrageous filthiness causes many problems to people around him despite him bearing no ill intent. Together with his family, Okomo-chan and old man Koji, Omorai-Kun lives a filthy and resolute life.
