I just wish MC don't act like he doesn't want to kill anyone later in the story. If he has power then he should act like it...... I can't review it from just 1 chapter but still it's feel kinda rush

This is a weird manhwa to review. The art is solid. The beginning is very cliche with villains that have the personality of a piece of stale bread constantly trying to fuck the MC over. The MC isn't very interesting. It gets more interesting when he goes on a training arc from chp 10 onward but for some reason the manhwa chapters get cut in half so they are all very short. I might boost my rating up to a 7 or 8 if the characters get more interesting and the manhwa length goes back to normal

It's a weird manhwa

Very promising, the Mc and the Masters relationship is very solid and makes for good character progression. Imo, their dynamic is the sole highlight of the manhwa so far. Besides that, MC having absolutely ZERO filter is a great change of pace from other mcs that think bubblemaxx

Stunning

Mc's character is the most problematic.
He is initially shown grief, vigilance and determination to escape the low life of a criminal on the run and a slave.
But then he becomes erratic, showing no signs of someone who has lived a low life, he's like a mischievous kid who is always in trouble or is on his way to look for trouble.
I mean, look at his stupidity and lack of vigilance when he goes to the mine and starts ordering and eating that meat without asking price thinking it like an ordinary market. Would you, if you are in jail, will be this stupid to casually talk to someone or borrow some stuff ?
The audience demographic should be shounen not sienen. Also unless there is a massive character development suddenly, this story ain't worth sh*t except for its art.

Over-hyped

Very heavily focused on action. It’s interesting and has potential, but I’d let this one sit for a while before reading. Too early to tell and there’s more action than story at this point. 7/10 for now, potential to be a 9-10 IMO.

Mc is a bit idiot but not a transmigrator so it's a given since he is a child , mc doesn't have heaven like power or luck or trash luck , normal bad life ,  art good, emotions good, I can give a 7.8 out of 10.

Summary

For now I'll say that it is a promising read. Alot of people have come here since it is from the same author as LoTNB, and I have to say that the art does indeed match that level. 
The setting is definitely one of those post apocalyptic every-man-for-himself type ones and I expect to see some hella scary monster illustrations hopefully just to be fully immersed in the setting.
Not much faults other than the main character being a little cliche but at least he is not pathetic, but it is a bit sad to take away the struggle sometimes from the MC into a quick power up since I feel like it could be one of those stories where there is a more profound message behind it. Although the author does remedy this by just torturing the mc lol

Honestly this amazing, I really enjoy the MC’s personality as he doesn’t take shit from no one, he’s not afraid to say what’s on his mind most of the time even though that gets him beat up even harder.

Sand Bending is also a really cool concept.

I’ve read up to chapter 20 which is the latest right now and even though he started out really weak he’s gets pretty overpowered later on so if you like OP MC’s this is for you.

I also enjoy the interactions between the old man which is like MC’s master

The only problem I have with this is that the chapters are TOO DAMN SHORT.

It's just an immature brat with anger issue playing with sand that's all. Going forward the story will degrade more as it seems. The only positive sign is the art.

Good art. 

Story has no real pull it’s just a guy is like “ah I’m weak, I wanna get strong cuz Ion wanna be weak anymore, oh how convenient a strong guy who wants to teach me shows up, let me follow him”

This story is kinda like food that looks really good but tastes damn awful, it’s got no complexity and no plot. It feels like a waste of effort with a story that’s just slop.

Story Poorly Written

it's good so far. They say it's unreadable, cringe,.... and it's probably because of mc's personality. But they forget that he's a fkin child, like the old man said "a dumbass". He probably gonna grow up and be more matured. The art is nice, monsters are quite interesting, the power system looks new to me.
Only 22 chaps in so can't say much. For now I'll generously give it an 8/10 and hopefully they'll get better.

Imagine Gaara's sand ability but more clumsy and weak, still learning his power from the scratch. That's the MC that you'll get at first.

Story wise? Well, just give it a try and see it for yourself. Can't really say it's good or bad to you straight, because it'd be a pretty subjective opinion. But if you ask me, it's not bad I guess, tho I wouldn't say it's the best either, we have to wait & see how it'd goes for now. That's what I thought up to 20 chapters so far.

I typically lean towards ratings and commentary under the comic / manwha etc before I waste any time because of the vast amount of grabage out there. But I’ll be honest, READ THIS ONE FOR YOURSELF! At least 20 chapters in, so far the perspective it brings has been  great. Deciding to form my opinion on this particular comic was the best decision.

I’d even argue that the lack of detail (a.k.a. “yapping,”) brings a great balanced pace where it’s not overly drawn out just to understand some minor backstory, that will unfold at a later time anyway. Chapters get a bit short after some time but I could read a chapter or 2 a week (at least right now) and not lose interest wondering why I even started reading.

The world building seems excellent, the power system is well defined too. Not much of the story is shown for now, but the characters seem to have depth and the action is good too. The little comedy bits are fun too. Art is quite good Currently 7.5/10, potential for 10

Read all 20 chapters so far and what I can say is that its pretty good. The story is very interesting, lots of inconsistencies, but the characters make up for it. I feel like its a little rushed but also not if that makes sense. Like in the beginning in the mines he was there for not even a chapter and then he's out exploring, but he's also 
fighting a lot and learning a lot from the old man so it doesn't seem rushed... idk that's just how I feel.

Also I saw a couple people complaining that he doesn't know what fishes are, but knows what crocodiles are, i feel like that makes sense because fishes need water to survive wear as crocodiles also need water, but they are also land animals and they adapt very well. Another thing he's an orphan, so his knowledge is limited to the things he's heard around him as he was growing up. He knows what a rainbow is but hasn't seen one. Just wanted to put my understanding of his character here. 

Overall the story is 7/10
The art is a 9/10
Characters so far have depth to them so 7.5/10

I'd give this manhwa a 7.5 - 8/10 in overall aspects. 

Depending on how this story progresses it could get better or worse. We'll just have to see

The Story So Far (Honest Review)

For those who wondering why it's rated high, it's because this is one of good novels, so novel readers who know the story have high expectations and very satisfied with the first promotional chapter, there's no need to get angry, isn't it great for non novel readers to get a hint if something gonna be good or not?

art is pretty good - but this story feel like is lack something important a soul , give me the the vibe that it's hiding it's major flaw behind it's cool art . some of the visible issue that i notice .
some really random and bad character interaction - for example dose anyone know why was that red hair dude was acting so aggressive and stupid for no reason
some interaction don't feel even sliest bit natural - why would a random bar owner tell you about how you are in matrix when you didn't even ask shit , just looked at some poster
MC feel like he has 8th grade syndrome - like it's still early to judge his personality but but it feel like he have no personality , just a character for sake of plot
bad explanation - of mob value - last chapter that sandworm was some weak as shit , but this chapter mc is talk of town in not even a day of how he survived sandworm and why would a whole bar be mobilize just to intimidate a kid , was the kid the only one there and rest all were staff . do they know mc is awakener if not why that many people if yes how tf they even know this when it's has not even been a day ---- all this lead me to feel that they are running this story for just sake of short term attention not here for long play , and i can very well be wrong in many part and assume what could be going one but assuming to fill the gap in a story is not my job .

Holy glaze

Am I still reading the same manhwa as y'all?  This shii looks done by AI, imo. Or specifically, enhanced by Ai. Each panels says it wasn't completely drew by a person. I'm not really accusing it though. Still, base on my first impression of the 1st chapter, it didn't really hooken me up.
