Sarutobi Sasuke

Sarutobi Sasuke is a boy who dreams of being a ninjutsu user. Sasuke became a disciple of a hermit deep in the mountains of Shinshu, and three years later, he became a master of ninjutsu.He became a retainer of Toyotomi's general, Yukimura Sanada, and became a lion! Cooperate with the Ten Braves to intercept the Tokugawa as they approach Osaka Castle with a surprise attack!

The series had a few runs. First appearance was in 1953 (vol 1), 1954-55, 1956(vol 2-3), and 1969 (vol 4). What has been licensed in English by nyrb is the 1969 revised version.
