The best turn-off-your-brain ecchi comedy out there. This manga never fails to get a chuckle out of me or make me cringe every few chapters. Usually I’d explain the plot here, but honestly there isn’t much of one. It’s a slice-of-life comedy centered around a dysfunctional student council, all written in a 4-koma format, basically like those short comic strips you’d see in newspapers.
