(from ebookjapan):
Tenposen's one-eyed private detective Tengyu is also a doctor. He extorts money behind his back, performs abortions, which are forbidden, as a side job, and is always on the lookout for women. He displays the brazenness, stubbornness, and lewdness of a middle-aged man. Despite his bad temper, he also has his good points. He loves his daughter, Emi, very much. A masterpiece, a painful action jidaigeki!
